*he smirled when she licked his nose and bolted down the mountin after her moveing to her side weaveing in out of the trees along with her sometimes falling back behind her enjoying the view for a moment. His mow open and his tounge hangining out as he panted while running. He was enjoying the running no where near out of breath just enojoying the cool air on his form as it rushed past him.*






*Transitioning to The Lake*

Kita Groaned soflty to himself hearing voices and scuffling about. His ears flicked and twitsted about back and fourth before letting out one fo those sighing huffs out his snout. He was still tired but at least now he was dry and warm. At hearing Kota and Athines voice he very lazzily lifted his head and peired over the rock he was sleeping against just long enough to see them "oogling each others goodies" ((er forms ^^; XD )) when they started talking abotut he alke he floated to conciousness breifly having fallen to sleep again some where in thier moment on the moutain top.


He streatched extending his front paws in front of him spreading his pads and pushing them through the dirt, follwed by a large tounge curling yawn that squeeked at the end follwed by a through shake off as he hopped over the rock and caasualy sauntered off on down the moutain toward the lake he didnt really have to even have to be awake still other than to keep walking he could just follow the dirt cloud the toher two were stiring up. He was all for a nap still but he figured with everyone heading to the lake from the sound of it he could make an appearance at least before finding another nice napping spot ither in his den or near the water. ( to bad theirs not floaties in midievil times id be all over that XD ))

she looked around as she walked beside crosis, she was looking for a suitable den for him. she was sure that he needed one and that he wasn't comfortable enough with the pack to share a den with anyone. she spotted a cave entrance set on a slight ledge just above the ground. she pointed with her nose, "that looks like a good spot for your den, it's not to high off the ground and close by to the lake as well. what do you think?" she looked into crosis's eyes and smiled softly, "i personally prefer a den in the ground but this cave seems good too." she laughed softly.

He eyed the den she offered him. In his mind it was quite good, defensible from three sides and he could see most of the lake below him. He nodded to her, sleep making everything else but the desire to sleep seem unimportant. Danni was being too nice and kind for his liking, it would take him a few days to get used to wolves being near him without wanting to try and eat him. Perhaps it was the fatigue or perhaps he just felt the need to repay her kindness. He gave her an uncharicteristic nuzzle on the neck and a kind word of thanks before padding into the cave. The floor wascovered in leaves, pine needles, moss, and patches of grass. The soft ground caused him to plop down almost immediatly. He was lighly sleeping befor ehe even hit the ground. At this point he was probably to tired to care if the whole pack decided to use him as a pillow now.

Crosis didnt dream steadily that day. His dreams spasmed wildly from nightmares of the past to less chaotic ones of recent days. This new pack seemed to follow him even in those dreams, sometimes bringing him comfort and othertimes making him uneasy and afraid. His paws kicked slowly as if running in slow motion, and the occasional yip or growl could be heard. After a few hours of rest he awoke with a start, on his feet and struggling to shake off the sleep from his vision. This cave was new and smelled strange, but a few moments later the memories of the day before calmed him down. He took the time to explore this new cave. It was larger than it looked, a small tunnel leading down and back. The air grew damper as he continued on, the walls dtarting to become covered with moss and other fuzzy green things. The walls seemed to shimmer fromsome unknown lightsource further down and curiosity urged him on. The tunnel ended in a shimmering pool of radience, the water clear and smelling crisp.

He dived in, cooling himself off. Deep down he saw a hole, figuring exploring further couldnt hurt he took a deep breath and dove in. Into the hole he went, seeing the light from the morning sun a few feet further in. It seemed to bend upward, leading into a giant bowl. The lake perhaps? With powerful kicks he swam up and up, breaking the surface and shaking his head furiously to shake off some of the water. Something tickled his nose and he sneezed, spalshing his face with water once again. Well...thats one way to get out of the cave with no one noticing he thought to himself. He seemed to be alone, save for the large large pile of fur that was either Midnite or Aithne. From where he was he couldnt really tell.

ooc: sorry if it's not to long, I'm tired and won't be posting to much, maybe one or two a day, I'm working outside with my dad on a 1950 Ford F1, fixing it up for me.

I was patrolling my territory, when I spot a male and female Wolf not to far off, I start walking next them on all fours, not wanting to give away my size just yet as I step on leaves and sticks, not really trying to be stealthy as I close in on them.
