| As he made his way up and around the mountain finally, he aproached her den. He started walking making quiter foot falls once he was sure he had found the entrance he simply set her skull dead center and then went on to find Cyros. He already knew where this one resided he had caught the scent coming over the falls for a while when he was painting. So effortlessly he continued higher making his way back to the falls only at a greater elevation. Their was no point in trying to be quite on the aproach of Cyros den. At seeing it from a distance he relized how clever of a Den it was. Lying just beyond the river that fed the falls right on the waters edge.
The river itself served as a natural alarm to any animal or other. He smirked. "I wonder if he relizes how cleverly protected his den is." he chuckled softly to himself and begain to wade the breadth of the river keeping the 3 skulls he had left up high to keep them dry. Once on the other side he shook off looking like a giant spike ball now. He groaned, it hadnt occured toh im he was going to be sogging wet all day now. But he was at the Den now he peired inside quickly before setting the skull down as he had done before. "Athine and Kota" he said looking at the two skulls as he walked away from Cyros den heading yet further up the mountain. Near the very peak of it he came to it finally it wasnt easy ither he had to sniff it out most of the way being so high thier wernt a lot of cleared spots to pick out a hole in the mountain side. He snuck up as he had done for the others for the most part and set the skull down and then tip toed out of ear shot before standing up and yawing big as he looked downwhere he had come up and farther down still the lake.
"I need a place to rest and dry off." he mumbled as he shook again trying to get some watter off still. In doing this he looked up to the very peak of the mountain and not even considering goign back down right now headed for the peak. It was close, warm adn would give him a good veiw of every one and their den. "perfect spot to nap" he saidn in yet antoher yawn as he reached the top and picked out a nice rock that would collectivly gain heat fromt he sun. With that he shifted to his" full timber" form and curled up on top of the rock and closed his eyes.

| Aithne had once again heard rustling, one ever so slight so she did not bother wakening up, and the second seemed close to her. So for this one she picked her head up rather quickly, just in time to see Kota placing something in between the rocks. Tilting her head to the side she watched for a moment. Then she stood up and stretched, pushing her front feet forward and rolling her neck about. Giving a small yawn she slowly walked out to the entrance of the den, her eyes blinking against the sun light. It was then that she noticed the little fox skull and she smiled. Transforming into her hybrid state she picked up the small structure and traced the painting with the forefinger of her right hand.
Smiling once more she turned her gaze to Shade. In her small melodic voice she spoke. “Well good morning sun shine.” Standing up she still held the skull in her left hand. “I assume you slept well.” She said that as she turned to walk back into the den to place the bone structure in a safe place, where it was sure to not be crushed if she had a clumsy spell. Right now Ne would set it beside her bed, tucking it between the leafy structure and stone wall. Turning on her heel she walked back outside to enjoy the coolness. Closing her eyes she placed her hands on her hips, and smiled taking a whiff of the clean mountain air.
At this moment what more could she ask for. Things were almost perfect. And she was the happiest that she had ever been in a long time. She was able to be silly, strange, and relaxed without worrying about where to travel next, which had been her life before finding this place. A lowly wanderer, she shook her head at the thought. No, she was going to think positive and stay happy, no more looking unto the past. What was done is done, the present and future were more important. |

| He was sleeping wayy too heavily to notice Kita make his way through the water, even when he made all of that noise, but still, he ended up waking up only moments after he left the area. He quickly got to his paws and stretched for a good two minutes or so until he decided to make his way out, nearly tripping over the recently, yet oh so conveniently placed skull (Sarcasm, of course...). Luckily for him, he saved himself from smashing the skull into a few hundred pieces. He then moved the skull to where he had slept, a much much safer place in his opinion. That also reminded him that he'd need a comfy bed soon.
With a sigh, he left the safety of his den wondering where everyone else was at the time, possibly they were sleeping...but maybe not. And he kept his search on, moving even further away from his den, having absolutely no idea where the others dens would be located. Maybe, if he was lucky, he'd stumble upon one their dens or something like that. But lately, luck didn't seem to be in his favor, aside from the whole skull saving incident that went down earlier. "Now, where is everyone?" He finally muttered as he continued his search. |

| she woke and yawned and stretched. she sat for a moment and scratched behind her ear luxuriously. she got up and shook out her fur and made her way out of her den slowly. she noticed the skull chimes that must have been left by kita. she smiled softly and carefully shifted to half form and picked up the little chimes in her paw/hand. she got a great idea at that moment and found a large rock at the entrance of her underground den. it was lodged securely on the earth and so she took some strong thread that she collected and tied it to the top of the skull and attached it to the rock so it dangled right in the middle of the entrance of her den, so she would know if anyone or anything came into her den. she stretched and decided since the sun was high that it would be nice to go for a swim. she went back into her den making a small noise on the chimes and found her blue bathing suit. she shifted to her human form and put on her suit. she climbed out of her den again and walked toward the lake for a quick dip in the river. her long white hair swayed as she walked to the lake. (off to the lake again hehe) _________________ Jibbers!

| *he smiled softly seeing aithne leave the den. His eye's closeing as he bowed his head to her from the place he sat."I slept well and you? "he smirked as he stood and followed her into the den switching back into wolven form. His eye's followed her as she placed the skull down and he moved to her side nuzzleing her neck softly. "Shall we hang out here or head back down to the lake.?" He smiled softly laying back down near the entrance to their den. It was sort of a way of keeping other creatures out.*

| “It was one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a while.” She answered. Aithne saw he had transformed back into his wolf form. So she did the same, and laid down next to him. “Oh I don’t care. ‘Tis up to you.” She said with a smile as she turned her head towards him. Then playfully she grabbed his ear and gave it a slight tug before letting go. Her brown eyes then turned away looking towards the sky with that ‘I didn’t do it’ expression on her face. Ne then gave an innocent, coy little smile.
To be honest she did not really mind where they chose to spend their time at. She imagined that everyone would make their way out of their dens and head to the lake sooner or later. But she also figured that with Kita being up all night he had snuck off to find a more comfortable place to hide out. Aithne then shifted her weight so that when she leaned towards Shade she gave him a little nudge. Just because she could, it was all in good fun. |

When she gave him that expression he smirked nipped at her own jumping to his feet and bolting out of the den,"Catch me if ya can"he laughed softly as he took off for the top of the mountain his head turning behind him to see if she was following as he cleared the tree line of the mountain.*

| When she felt her own ear being grasped she let out a small cheerful yip. Her brown eyes followed him as he jumped to his feet and took off. A mischievous grin soon took over her features as she sprung to her feet after him, zig zagging through the trees almost right on his heels. She did not want to actually catch him at the moment. Oh no, that would end the game of chase all too soon and that was no fun.
So instead she settled for sprinting along behind him, giving the impression that she could catch him if she wanted. A giggle would escape her every now and then, that had and almost sweet and innocent sound. But the true meaning was kept deeper down, the fact that she loved the thrill of the chase. Though his was only covered by her jovial voice. |

Smileing he would look out over the lands and sigh softly laying down in the sun. Bascking in its warmth. His eye's looking for any sign of the others down near the water. He then looked over his shoulder to see if she would join him."My sisters mate chose a good land....."he smiled softly yet a pain still hidden behind his features.* |

| Aithne almost came to a sliding halt, but she slowed herself down in time to keep it collected. She heard his statement about the lands and answered with a “Mhm.” She then did something that surprised her almost, but she could not help it really. The brown wolf just felt comfortable around Kota. So she laid down next to him, and nuzzled his neck.
She had the sixth sense feeling that something was bothering him, but did not have the bravery to actually ask what the matter was. Ne was not really sure that he would be willing to share it either, so instead she settled for snuggling beside him. Enjoying the warmth of the sun on her light colored fur, as she laid her head upon her front paws watching the light sparkle off the lake below. |

| “I don’t think they’ll find us out in the middle of nowhere.” She said that more to cheer him up than to call her home ‘Nowhere’ it was somewhere, but oh well. “I-I know that for generations, centuries even our kind has not gotten along with humans. But, I’m a tad bit naive. What is so bad about them?”
Aithne said this thinking back to some of her time spent traveling, when she had actually slipped through a small human village. Most of the time however she was not the sweet wolf that everyone here saw her as, no, during that time she had found out about her third form. The appearance of a human girl, or woman actually, and she was able to easily enjoy her short stay there.
But to each they have their own experiences, and with the way most of the clan disliked humans she decided then and there that she would not show her third ability. So that would be a secret she would keep to herself. |

| As she listened to his story a pang of sorry jolted through her heart, and when he showed her his scars she did not know what to think. How could someone or something do such things to another just for the sheer joy of doing it? It made her sick to think about how much the memory most certainly hurt him. When Kota said he wanted to show her something she was intrigued and turned towards him, sitting on her hind legs. But when he was engulfed by the bluish light she bulked away from it. She was uncertain about the magic of the world, and was more afraid of it than she really should be.
But what Ne saw next made her jaw drop. The Elf that stood before her did not resemble the wolf she knew. But the same ice blue eyes that she looked upon let her know that it truly was Dakota. It was then that she looked away towards the ground. “I…I have a secret too.” She said in almost a whisper as she closed her eyes. Not two seconds afterwards though her body began to effortlessly shift and change. Standing on two legs, and loose all the fur to reveal slightly tanned skin. And a slender young woman soon stood where the small grey wolf had been. She wore a fitted tunic of a reddish color, and slacks that lead down to moccasin like shoes. Long wavy auburn locks hung down to her waist, with braids integrated randomly into the tresses of hair. And hazel eyes looked back onto Shade.
She almost shamefully looked back to the ground, clasping her left are with her right hand. Letting her head hang slightly allowed for her hair to fall over her face. “This…this is another me.” She said quietly. There was a silver wolf’s head choker about her neck, and Celtic knot earrings through each ear, as well as metal bracelets about her wrists. Aithne felt almost uncomfortable, and was half tempted to quickly morph back into her wolfven state. But hesitated waiting for Shade’s reaction. |

Meerly the actions of those creatures...some have in fact proven to be reasonable with our kin as well...so its not all of them i hate."he smiled again and stepped back shifting back into wolven form. His body falling to all fours as he stood looking at her waiting for her to shift back. His back legs moveing down to sit on his haunches as he watched her. It seemed amazeing that she was just a dashing with her human form as she was with her wolven form and hybrid. He let a smile pull across his muzzle as he sat watching her form.* |

| After searching for a few hours and coming up with nothing, he frowned in disappointment and decided it'd be alright to shift to his human form, and thus his form began to contort once again, allowing him to stand to that form. Now that there was light, Cyro's features could finally be seen. Bright white hair that seemed to reflect all light, just the same as his fur was in his wolf form. As for clothing, he wore a thin black jacket that was trimmed in white around the collar and various other areas. He left the jacket open to show a tan colored shirt, and as for pants, he wore tan as well. A sigh left him as he dropped to the ground, now lying on the ground, dark red eyes just staring up at the sky, complete boredom finally overcoming him.
He had nothing to do as of now, nobody to talk with, nothing...Then an idea hit him, he decided to do a little traveling, but not the regular sort of traveling, his own special breed. He grinned with excitement and hopped up, quickly diving his hand into his pouch, pulling the same book from earlier out. A smile played at then corners of his mouth as he opened it to examine the strange symbols and words. He flipped through the pages as fast as he could, coming to thew final page in an instant. And on that final page was something very different, it looked like a window that seemed to peer into another world. What he saw was a grassy plain and a forest far off in the distance. With a sigh, he placed his palm on that very page and allowed the book to take him. The book drew him in and brought him into that world, the world he created with his own blood.
Once inside, he was thrown to the ground roughly. With a groan, he stood up and looked around for a moment, allowing the wind to blow through his hair for a moment, taking in the wonder of his creation. Then it dawned upon him that...there was STILL nothing to do here. Maybe he'd add something soon. But for the time being, he would reach into his pouch to grab another, much smaller book. He sighed and opened that one as well, letting it take him back to the mountain with the same rough landing as before.

| When he pulled her chin her doe like eyes had a slight smile to them at his kind words. And as he stepped back and morphed back into a wolf, so she allowed herself to almost appear to crumble as she transformed back into the little brown wolf. Giving her fur a small shake she smiled. Now that the excitement and secret was out, something new to do would have to be found. Turning to Shade she childishly stuck her tongue out at him. “Well shall we head down to the lake now? Or should we stay up here?” She asked motioning towards the mountain. |

He laughed loudly as he spun his form around in a 360 sideways before landing haveily and continueing to run for a few moments before turning back to look up and see if she were to follow or come down the easier way.*

| He was nuts! Aithne’s eyes nearly bulged out of her head as she watched Kota leap off the side of the mountain. Quickly she moved to look over the edge in time to see him running down. ‘Uh uh not this wolf.’ She thought to herself. Shaking her head she turned towards the trail, most defiantly taking the easy way down the mountain.
The female started off at a leisurely trot, but soon she found that that was too slow. So switching over to a gallop she continued down the path. Every now and then looking to see if she could find Kota in the mixture of trees, she knew he was ahead of her she did not know how far ahead. It was not long that the three beat gait brought her to the edge of the mountain side. This is where ‘Ne choose to stop, and look about. |
