Mydnite slowed her pace after Kita had stopped. She walked around him and sat at a distance, looking at him. She lowered her head and curled her tail around her back left leg, and let her ears hang of to the side. She heard him ask if anyone was hurt, she sat silent for a moment before answering in a low quiet voice, "im fine". Then she took a quick look at her friend to make sure she wasn't hurt.
Soon Mydnites thought began to wonder back to the wolf creature. She started to wonder if he would follow them. She lifted her head and perked her ears in the direction they all came. for his sake i really hope he doesnt she thought to herself.

Pawing softly at the ground Crosis looked back at the way he came. The villlage was barely visible now, the scent of humans almost untracable now. But the scent of the wolf pack was getting stronger the deeper he went into the fog. This place made him edgey...made him think of the past and the bad things he had gone through. It wasnt like him to jump at every noise or stare cautiously at every shadow. It made him angry, if not more nervous than he already was. He could hear voices now, the wolf pack perhaps, assessing thier wounds. He didnt think he had done that much damage to any of them and his hunch was right as they told eachother they were fine. He wasnt quite reckless enough to go storming in all testosterone and bravado, so he laid himself as flat as he could inching slowly forward to get a better look at these creatures. And the artwork wasnt that bad either, causing him more than once to avert his gaze from the wolves just to gaze at a mural or ponder a picture here and there.

Mydnite starts to pick up a very faint scent that isnt completely unknown. She lowers her head and lets a very deep but hardly noticable growl that is constant. this thing's got guts she glared into the fog searching for the creature. She listened closely for any movement. She wants to go find him but she doesnt want Kita any more mad at her than he probably is now. Still growling she looks around and behind the pack members to make sure he isnt trying to come up around them. She sniffs the air some more..he's getting closer she says to herself. "Excuse me Sir, but i'm smelling company." she tells Kita.

Trapped, cold, hard to breath...panic began to set in and he thrashed wildly agains this icy prison. Well, it was more of a wild shake than an actual thrashing as it was almost impossible to move. He needed to overpower the snow and this form simply wasnt built for it. He needed to change to his largest form. But to go from wolf to Garou would be painful as hell if he skipped his human form...His muscles began to bulge, his bones snapping ang twisting into larger parts and others fusing together into comepletly diffrent bones altogether. A pained howl escpaped from within the snow as it began to press tighter agaisnt him. The mixture of pain from transforming and the tightness of the prison pushed his mind twoards the frenzy point, and he tried hard to keep that sanity going. He could feel the snow begin to crumble away against his growing bulk. With a roar of feral rage, and a bit of fear mixed in for good mesaure, he put every ounce of strength into destroying this snow and it burst into a cloud of frost and snow. He was huge now compared to their previous encounter, close to eight feet in height and over fivehundred pounds of muscle, fur, and rage. It seemed in the end the fear and clostophobia had overpowered his reason and left him temporarily feral. Or he could just always have been this way for all they knew.

There was a long pause between Kitas question and the response that came next. Everything seemed hostile to Crosis just then and it took all the willpower he had to calm himself down. The change in his posture was visible now, as muscles relaxed and fur stopped bristling and finally laid still. His breathing slowed to a somewhat calm rythm and he sat himself down with crossede legs. "In all these years ive only encountered two kinds of wolves...normal, unintresting wolves...and Werewolves from the Black tribe who want to see any other kind of garou perish...I didnt want to take chances." His gaze, icy blue eyes that almost glowed in the fading moonlight, passed between the four. "But your not like them at all...your too...clean. Too orginized...too nice."

Mydnite growled quietly when kita appologized to the creature, after all he did attack the pack. She glared at the creature then she got up and decided to go for a walk. She did not like this thing at all, one be cause she didnt know what it was and two because it was living with humans. Mydnite walked threw the graveyard until the fog thinned out and eventually dissapeared. She found herself near an opening. She walked to the edge of the tree line and stopped next to a large tree with thick branches and plenty of shrubs around it. Mydnite sighed not knowing what to do with herself, she was far to defensive and protective for her own good.

Soon Mydnites mind was drifting off, thinking about her old pack and how much she missed them, how much she now hates humans, not understanding why even a strange wolf creature would want to live among humans. She sighed again then layed down with her paws in front of her and her head resting on top of them.

Crosis nodded, "Im ashamed to admit it, but I always was too outgoing and inquisitive for my own wellbeing...I have the scars beneath this fur to prove it." He shifted his weight somewhat, never finding the indianstyle a comfortable position in this form. He could always revert to his human or wolf form. But he would be completly nude in human form, not that modesty really mattered to him. And he felt somewhat vunrable in his wolf form what with the enclosed spaces and fog. So he decided to stay in his hybrid form. "So...you are the alpha of this pack." He counted them, noting that one had dissapeared in the short time he and Kita had spoken. "It is a somewhat small pack. Usually they have at least eight or more if my memory serves."

He looked away for a moment, pondering how to explain. "It is...complicated. Since my old clan was wiped out by the Black Spiral Dancers, I have have been on the run. Everytime I found a new pack to live with the bad ones seemed to follow and grow in number. So I decided to remain alone and hunt them down as best I could." He scratched lines in the dirt, making stacks of 5 then starting anew until he had remembered each victory. All in all he had killed 28. Then again his memory could be off, but pride wouldnt let him admit to that if it were true. "But their numbers were too many for me and I was overpowered. Humans rescued me...It was dumb luck that when i fainted I was in my human form. So since they saved my life I told myself I would protect them until I felt we were even. It was a manner of honor."

After calming down, Mydnite started to head back to the grave yard to see what was going on. When she arrived back to the grave yard she sat down at a distance from the creature. She curled her tail around to the side of her legs and swished it back and forth. She sat quietly listening in on their conversation.

"Almost three years now. There have been very few oppritunites for me to make good om my word as it is a somewhat boring place when I think about the battles ive been through." He looked Kita over, wondering why the Alpha seemed so much smaller than he was. He could probably take him on if he wanted to...but he didnt feel like fighting anyone right now. "And why exactly were the four of you there anyway? This was the first time ive smelled your presence since coming to live there. Im guessign your a young pack then." Young ones were always headstrong he had learned, and prone to getting themselves killed trying to accomplish feats and fights to gain honor among the other wolf clans. Hopefully they were less reckless than he and too many other wolves had been.
